Crescent Beach Condominiums are some of the most beautiful waterfront condos in St Augustine. Most people think of Crescent Beach as areas that include Butlers Beach, Summer Haven and a few other areas between. Crescent Beach is an area with lots of waterfront condos and very few commercial buildings. I remember when the first condo was breaking ground at Crescent Beach. My father and I were casting for fish in the surf. He mumbled some negative comment about how one day our beach is going to be another Daytona Beach. Well, he was wrong. Crescent Beach has maintained its small, summer village feeling despite the many condominiums. The founding fathers saw what happened in Miami and Daytona Beach and made plans to keep Crescent Beach condominiums under control. One of the best rules implemented was a height restriction of 35 feet. At Crescent Beach, you won't see a 600 foot skyscraper right on A1A. There are several beach access points and plenty of boat ramps at Crescent Beach. There are also two state parks in the area. Crescent Beach homes also have a height restriction of 35 feet.

Coquina Condominiums

Coquina Condos are located at Crescent Beach, about seven miles south of Saint Augustine Beach. There are forty two condominiums built in 1973. Coquina Condos have two floor plans, the townhouse (2 levels) and flat (1 level), each being about 1200 square feet. All Coquina condos have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Coquina Condo is a beachfront complex with ocean front condos and ocean view condos. While some units have better ocean views than others, every Coquina condo has an ocean view because of the building’s “V” shape. Coquina sits on a beautiful stretch of land in Crescent Beach, where you’ll find some of the privacy and seclusion you’ve been looking for in a beach getaway. There is plenty of parking, but no covered parking or garages. At this time, there is an on-site rental office, or you may use another off-site rental management company. We do not handle rentals.
